Terms of Use.

1. About DinnerFlow

DinnerFlow lets you store recipes, plan weekly meals, generate grocery lists, and share a household with people you invite. It is a personal tool and is not intended for redistributing or republishing recipes at scale.

2. Your account

To use DinnerFlow you don’t need an account. If you want to back up your data or make use of Pro features, you do need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts, particularly for violations of these Terms.

3. Your content

Recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, and other content you create in DinnerFlow belong to you. By using the app, you give us permission to store, back up, and sync your content across your devices and with household members you have invited.

Please only store content you have the right to store. We do not claim ownership of your recipes.

4. Premium subscriptions

Some features require a paid DinnerFlow Pro subscription.

• Payments are processed by RevenueCat through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. AI features

Photo recipe import and grocery aisle sorting are powered by Google Gemini AI. When you use these features, the relevant content (a photo or an ingredient list) is sent to Google for processing. By using these features you agree to Google’s terms of service.

Do not use these features if you are not comfortable with AI processing of your content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use DinnerFlow for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the app.
• Scrape, export, or systematically copy content belonging to other users.
• Abuse household sharing to access content you were not invited to access.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the service.

7. Availability and disclaimer

DinnerFlow is provided as-is and as-available. We aim for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for data loss — we recommend keeping a copy of any recipes that are important to you. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time via the account settings in the app. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days (but most likely immediately).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. If we do so, you may not create a new account without our permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
